Why You Should Submit to a Film Festival

We're going to go over what a Film Commission does, talk about why filmmakers should be interacting with their local Film Commissions, and talk about the benefits of film festivals. We ask folks to come as they are, ask a lot of questions, and bring a notebook to take some notes!
